By purchasing from the EcoWise Planters website you agree to all policies as outlined below.

 

COLOURS
Actual colours may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colour and for this reason EcoWise Planters cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product although every effort is taken to provide clear and concise photography. I am very happy to answer any questions you may have here.

PURCHASING
Payment is due at the time of purchase.
Cancellation of your order is only available within 24 hours of purchasing.

PRODUCTION TIMES
As all EcoWise Products are made to order a reasonable time is required to produce a quality product. We estimate the following production turnaround times:

  • 1-2 Ecowise Planters = Approximately 10 business days
  • 3-4 Ecowise Planters = Approximately 15 business days
  • 5-6 Ecowise Planters = Approximately 20 business days
  • 7+ Ecowise Planters = As advised in our communications.

COUPON CODES

  • Only one code may be used per order.
  • Certain items (including all sale items) are excluded from special offers.
  • Codes may not be applied after an order is processed.

PACKAGING
Purchases come wrapped in highly durable and protective wrapping. EcoWise uses recycled double walled cardboard and professional shrink-wrap.

SHIPPING – AUSTRALIA
Purchases will be shipped via a courier service on the next business day once production is completed; this is an insured shipping process. Depending on where you are in Australia you will receive your purchase within 1-6 business days of shipping, bearing in mind that deliveries are Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am-6pm.

SHIPPING DELAYS
Please understand that during peak times your purchase may take longer than usual to arrive due to courier availability, so please be patient. We recommend placing orders for special events as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

LOSS/DAMAGES
EcoWise Planters does not accept responsibility for any purchases that are lost or damaged during transit. EcoWise will help action insurance claims with the relevant courier company.

EcoWise Planters is not responsible for damages that occur post purchase in relation to misuse of your EcoWise Planter. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Sitting, leaning or placing pressure on the decorative top frame
  • Over filling your EcoWise Planter with excessive amounts of rocks, trees, shrubs or other weighty materials.
  • Failing to lock the castor wheels.
  • Using the wheels for transportation.

Please note that the castor wheels offered are intended to be a locking device that helps to hold your EcoWise Planter in situ and keep it elevated for good airflow. The wheels are not intended for commercial use, nor are they capable of being used to travel distances. Occasional use for short movement on a smooth surface may be acceptable, however please note that this may compromise the wheels. EcoWise Planters holds no responsibility for wheels that fail from misuse. If using wheels often you may need to replace them as needed.

EcoWise Planters is not responsible for plant health, seed viability or any materials added to the EcoWise Planter post purchase.

INJURY
EcoWise Planters require a minimum of two people for lifting empty planters. Your EcoWise Planter should not be transported distances, up ramps or steps. Once filled Ecowise Planters should remain in situ or wheeled very short distances only. EcoWise Planters is not responsible for personal injury sustained from lifting or maneuvering EcoWise Planter Boxes.

To avoid serious personal injury and/or property damage EcoWise Planters insists that customers investigate the maximum allowable load for balconies, verandahs, decking or any other elevated areas before purchasing an EcoWise Planter.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an item(s) that is damaged, you must notify EcoWise Planters here immediately. Please include photos of your packaged EcoWise Planter(s) and photos of the damage once unwrapped. This information will be passed along to the Couriers’ insurance company.

RETURNS
All sales are final unless consumer law states otherwise.
